Retry forever would make me a little concerned. Even if _should_ be ok in this case because it should eventually succeed at some point weird and unexpected things can sometimes happen (especially in distributed systems). I would think at some point it would be good to terminate and throw an exception as a fail safe but I don't know at what point to do that and whether or is worth the complexity to do so and make it configurable or just pick an arbitrary amount of times to try. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
