This causes the following tests to fail: `-Dit.test=AuditMessageIT,DumpConfigIT,ImportExportIT,NamespacesIT,PropStoreConfigIT,PermissionsIT,ShellServerIT` I'm reverting this until it is re-worked to address the failures and we've given proper consideration to the code that calls this, and our desired behavior.
