@keith-turner - I assume you have seen [ClusterServerConfiguration](https://github.com/apache/accumulo/blob/elasticity/minicluster/src/main/java/org/apache/accumulo/miniclusterImpl/ClusterServerConfiguration.java) in the elasticity branch?
