I don't think that a user is going to be able to take a metric name and find it in the code easily unless, or until they learn to, remove the `accumulo.pool.` prefix. It might be easier to find the related code if all of the thread pool names were constants. Then the user would find the constant when they look for a metric name, and then find where that constant is being used.
