This seems to be related to https://github.com/apache/accumulo/pull/5340 https://ci-builds.apache.org/job/Accumulo/job/4.0/215/ has several tests failures and at least a few of them seem to be related to this PR (didn't check them all). @ArbaazKhan1 - Maybe you could look into these failures? It might be that these tests were creating some metadata that didn't adhere to this new check, and we just need to update the metadata created.
