Nascif, I agree with your arguments about why dynamic revisions should be
avoided in repository. But in this particular case we don't really have the
information, and it doesn't break your first point.
About your third point, the only way to ensure this is to store the full
dependency closure and disable transitivity, and not only direct dependencies.
Even with fixed versions only if you change the conflict manager you can get
different results.
Maybe what we could do is use a flag to tell if we want to replace this kind of
dynamic revisions or not. This would be the more flexible.
Does it make sense?
