Thanks for the patch.
Problem is that FileRequestEntity is new since httpclient 3.1 and Ivy is
compatible at the moment with 3.0.
I guess we can change this minimal httpclient version requirement on trunk, but
if we want this to be fixed in the 2.2.0 release as well, we have to use 3.0
compatible APIs.
