Following the recommendation of the infra, old release should be deleted from
www.apache.org/dist to be only available from archive.apache.org. Currently the
IvyDE updatesite is offering to download old stable releases of Ivy and IvyDE,
per some user request.
We should find a way to have the IvyDE updatesiste still offering old stable
releases but they should be downloaded from archive.apache.org.
