It seems that a feature can not be deployed as a jar. I extracted feature to a
folder named "org.apache.ivyde.feature_2.1.0.201008101807-RELEASE"
Now I dont get any error but also i cant see any ivyDE functionality in
eclipse. At Window>Preferences no ivy configuration is available.
