The FAQ is still incorrect here, specifying http.proxyUserName instaed of
http.proxyUser.
Anyone care to update faq.html? I'd generate a patch myself, but this is
pretty trivial, and I'm not sure where in SVN (under [1] somewhere?) to
generate a patch against.
