Under Window / Preferences / Ivy / Classpath Container, opting for "retrieved
artifacts", I cannot currently change the retrieve pattern from it's default
value. Typing in a new value and hitting either Apply or Okay, then reopening
the window, shows the original default value.
Note that I can change the retrieve pattern at the project-level and it works
great, just the workspace-level is what seems to not work.
