I just tried this locally with 2.5.0-rc1, I see 2 artifacts:

java -jar ivy-2.5.0-rc1.jar -cache ./cache -dependency "org.slf4j"
"slf4j-log4j12" "1.7.25" -confs default -types jar -retrieve
lib/[originalname](-[type]).[ext]

and it resolved and retrieved both the jars:
