[~jaikiran] My mistake, I believe you're right - the internal implementation
for the copy doesn't use the iterator, so that should prevent
ConcurrentModificationException
I suppose we could still see logs added by a separate thread, but that seems
like a minor issue. Thank you for your attention on this issue :)
