`ftp://ftp.software.ibm.com/software/awdtools/netrexx/NetRexx.zip` cannot be
downloaded.
It seems the correct URL has been migrated to
`https://public.dhe.ibm.com/software/awdtools/netrexx/NetRexx.zip`.
