What you are seeing is one of the reasons why we did that. We are planning a 1.10.14 release of Ant this very week. It will be very helpful if you could try your builds and report back using the Ant nightly that's available at https://ci-builds.apache.org/job/Ant/job/Ant_Nightly/lastSuccessfulBuild/artifact/distribution/.
