   ### Issue description
   
   1. apisix-ingress-controller控制台日志有大量service not found
   
   ```
   2022-08-09T15:24:19+08:00    info    ingress/controller.go:606       service 
kube-system/kube-scheduler not found
   ```
   
   2. helm包value.yaml文件仅配置如下命名空间

   3. 通过分析源码有过滤命名空间的逻辑

   - your apisix-ingress-controller version (output of 
apisix-ingress-controller version --long): 1.4.1
   - your Kubernetes cluster version (output of kubectl version): 1.18
   - if you run apisix-ingress-controller in Bare-metal environment, also show 
your OS version (uname -a): centos 7.4
