figured so in our test environment we have apisix ingress that point to test deployment. apisix contains nginx and test deployment contains nginx after we added [changes](https://github.com/apache/apisix/issues/8081#issuecomment-1276959203) to both nginx all start worked as expected -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
