   类似于nginx这个配置，如果后面有个根目录 / ,则这个 /sugrec 就不会追加到 baidu.com 这个地址后面， 如果没有 就会自动追加。
   kong的是默认是true，就是自动会strip这个route上的path路径。
   ### Environment
   
   * apisix version (cmd: `apisix version`):1.5
   * OS:centos 7.4
