@wklken `apisix start` has nothing to do with `apisix reload`, the previous one implies etcd layout initialization under the prefix. **To simplify the scenario, please keep the prefix unchanged and try to reproduce the issue.** It's better to keep those steps stable. It seems you talked about multiple scenarios with only a little of differences, which confused me a bit.
