### Current Behavior Bug report: APISIX ingress controller helm chart attempts to create resources that do not support lower than 1.19. It does not follow the version specified in the [https://artifacthub.io/packages/helm/apisix/apisix-ingress-controller?modal=values&path=config.kubernetes.ingressVersio](https://artifacthub.io/packages/helm/apisix/apisix-ingress-controller?modal=values&path=config.kubernetes.ingressVersion) ### Expected Behavior _No response_ ### Error Logs _No response_ ### Steps to Reproduce 1.
