[I] bug: one of etcd server failed [apisix]

   ### Current Behavior
   
   One of etcd server failed(CrashLoopBackOff)

   I made the search for this issue and so I found the answer from 
removememberoncontainertermination to false
   but I can't know how I can set the value from apisix
   I hope someone who know this support this

     --set etcd.volumePermissions.enabled=true
     --set admin.allow.ipList="{0.0.0.0/0}" \
