[I] no response when modifying the route on the dashboard [apisix-dashboard]

   ### Issue description
   
   I added a route using the apisix admin-API, but the modifiy on the dashboard 
is invalid is ineffective，Including any added or save request.
   
   
   ### Expected behavior
   
   The dashboard can connect to etcd and access apisix, but I don't know where 
the problem lies
   
   ### How to Reproduce
   
   1.Goto "routes/list"
   2.Click first Data "Offline"
   3.Always loading
