### Current Behavior if you have a space in an environment variable it breaks with the following error: invalid number of arguments in "env" directive in /usr/local/apisix/conf/nginx.conf ### Expected Behavior That this would work without issue ### Error Logs _No response_ ### Steps to Reproduce 1. Run APISix in standalone mode 2. add an enviornment variable to apisix.yaml that has a space in it (simple "test test" will do) 3. run apisix start or reload 4. see the error ### Environment - APISIX version (run `apisix version`): 3.9.1 - Operating system (run `uname -a`): 5.15.0-1067-azure #76-Ubuntu SMP Wed Jun 12 18:19:38 UTC 2024 x86_64 GNU/Linux -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
