Thanks for the response. While upgrading is in our roadmap, we need to maintain our production system on 2.13.2 for now. Could you help identify: 1. Any specific issue/PR numbers related to "plugins not executing but request still being routed"? 2. The minimum version where this was fixed? 3. Any possible workarounds for 2.13.2? This would help us assess the upgrade urgency and plan accordingly.
