### Current State In the ai-rate-limit plugin [documentation](https://apisix.apache.org/docs/apisix/plugins/ai-rate-limiting/#attributes) it mentioned that limit is not required and "Required if rules is not configured." but while configuring the plugin it expects you to mention limit even if rule.count is configured. <img width="437" height="666" alt="Image" src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/e0b16db1-e15b-4ad0-8a5e-9cb757d02f8a"; /> ### Desired State The documentation should make it clear under what circumstances limit is not mandatory. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
