## Self-audit (link validity + additive-only) A worktree-isolated agent review wasn't available this run, and the shared local checkout currently holds unrelated parallel work, so I verified this PR programmatically rather than via a non-isolated agent (which could disturb that checkout): - **Additive-only:** the diff is 13 files, **+89 / −0** — every change is an appended `## Related` section.
