Hi,
I reviewed the previous PR #8681 and the review feedback.
The direction was confirmed as correct, but the PR was closed before all
review comments were addressed.
I'd like to pick this up and open a follow-up PR with the review feedback
fully incorporated.
**Plan**
- Goal: use `io.stdout` instead of `io.open("/dev/stdout")` in
`file-logger.lua`
- Pre-tested: `io.stdout:write()` works in the APISIX (OpenResty/LuaJIT)
environment
