### Type of change: - [x] Bugfix - [x] CI/CD or Tests ### What this PR does / why we need it: HTTPRoute, GRPCRoute, TCPRoute, UDPRoute, and TLSRoute wrote `Accepted=True` before `Provider.Update`. A translation or `buildConfig` failure then only requeued, so the route looked programmed while nothing was synced. This calls `Provider.Update` first and folds its error into the parent `Accepted` condition before persisting status, matching Ingress and ApisixGlobalRule.
