The broken link has been corrected and the fix is included in the released APISIX Chart 2.18.0. This chart defaults to APISIX 3.19.0; its default plugin list is available in the [APISIX 3.19.0 configuration source](https://github.com/apache/apisix/blob/3.19.0/apisix/cli/config.lua#L202-L315). If you override the APISIX image version, please check the matching tag. With apisix.plugins: [], the chart does not generate a plugin override list, so APISIX uses its own defaults.
