## Why The Docker example starts the gRPC service outside the APISIX quickstart network, while its routes use `127.0.0.1:50051`. From containerized APISIX, that address refers to the APISIX container rather than the example service, so the documented requests cannot reach the upstream. The example also uses a mutable image tag, fails on repeated runs when the named container already exists, and uses the GNU-specific `base64 -w0` option. ## What changed - start the gRPC example server in `apisix-quickstart-net` - use its Docker DNS name in every route example - pin the tested image by tag and digest and make startup repeatable - make protobuf base64 encoding portable across GNU and BSD systems - clarify the opening example text and heading Companion API7 documentation update: https://github.com/api7/docs/pull/2649 ## Verification - ran the example with `apache/apisix:3.19.0-ubuntu` - called `echo.EchoService/Echo` directly with gRPCurl - created the proto and route successfully through the Admin API - received HTTP 200 and `{"msg":"Hello"}` through APISIX - ran Markdownlint on the changed page - ran `git diff --check` -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
