TEST 8 and TEST 9 in `t/secret/vault.t` still assert the old response-body
error (lines 213 and 238). With this change, both return `failed to decode
result, path: /apisix-key/jack`, so their response assertions fail. Keep the
sanitized provider error and replace both expectations with `failed to decode
result, path: /apisix-key/jack\n`.
