### Description Adds Wordfully to the powered-by list and describes its APISIX use for grammar and rephrasing API routing, authentication, rate limits, and inference load balancing. Preserves the list's nofollow link attribute. No issue is closed by this documentation-only addition. ### Validation Reviewed the entry format, link attributes, and patch against the current upstream file. `[email protected]` passed for `powered-by.md` with the repository configuration, matching the version in Doc Lint CI. The diff has no whitespace errors.
