   remind users that should use 
   
   ```sh
   $ nohup ./manager-api &
   ``` 
   
   instead of 
   
   ```sh
   $ ./manager-api &
   ``` 
   to run `manager api`, otherwise it will automatically exit after the 
terminal closed。
