After I change the sync code ,the etcd auth fail become normal, and the etcd cpu become normal. I think fix this issue should in to direction. one as @spacewander said we can share etcd client to do request . And we should also control sync data frequency, we can sync every 10 s for peer dir. And we should add the random time delay for auth_refresh.
