### Issue description When k8s service is deleted, the APISIX Upstream nodes field is not cleared ### Environment * your apisix-ingress-controller version: v1.2 * your Kubernetes cluster version: v1.16 ### Minimal test code / Steps to reproduce the issue 1. delete k8s service. 2. query APISIX upstream nodes field ### What's the actual result?
