I added a `sleep(2s)` to `test/e2e/plugins/uri_blocker.go`, because now there will be changes to the route that may not be responded to by the ingress controller, but the check is already running, which will cause e2e instability, and is the reason why this current PR e2e failed last time. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
