### Issue description Not only CREATE，when I have deleted a consumer, it always exists in consumers list. ### Expected behavior 1、create consumer: the consumer is visible in the consumers list page. 2、delete consumer: the consumer is not visible in the consumers list page. ### How to Reproduce 1. Go to Consumer page of ApisixDashboard. 2. Create/delete a consumer.
