### Issue description
GET /umi.48865a44.js grammar error, so cannot open the site
### Environment
- your apisix-ingress-controller version (output of
apisix-ingress-controller version --long): 0.10.0
- your Kubernetes cluster version (output of kubectl version): 1.20.4
- if you run apisix-ingress-controller in Bare-metal environment, also show
your OS version (uname -a): centos7
### Minimal test code / Steps to reproduce
1. deploy the dashboard via helm chart
2. config ingress
3. access the site from browser
4. Unexpected Token!
### Actual result
umi.48865a44.js:1
Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected end of input (at
umi.48865a44.js:1:169009)
### Error log
