The canonical form of multipart dataverse names will be updated to '/' use the
'/' to separate the parts. As '/' has never been itself been able to exist in
a dataverse name or part, due to storage implications on both Windows & Linux
filesystems, no escapes are needed.
This will break backwards-compatibility for multipart dataverses created since
0.9.6 release.
