Description: Added an explain button that injects "explain" into the
query statement. This button will also default the output to "PLAN" view to
show the interactive query plan viewer. (was: Upgrade the existing metadata
inspector. New features:
* Metadata side panel always shown now
* Supports nested metadata
* Clickable dropdowns to expand nested datatypes
* Able to switch between JSON and interactive
* Draggable dialogs
* Sample of datasets (a limit 1 query result))
