Description:
The following changes need to be implemented:
* endpoint - required (used to be optional)
* remove connectionString, and add support to the below parameters as
standalone:
** accountName
** accountKey
** sharedAccessSignature
Supported auth parameters become:
* Account name
* Account key
* Shared access signature
* Managed identity id
* Client id
* Tenant id
* Client secret
* Client certificate
* Client certificate password
