Enhance AsterixDB with support for Coordinate Reference Systems (CRS) to
improve its spatial data handling capabilities. This involves implementing CRS
metadata storage, enabling transformations between CRS ({{{}ST_Transform{}}}),
validating CRS consistency during spatial operations, and integrating CRS
information during data ingestion and export. The enhancement will also address
EPSG licensing compliance by requiring user-executed scripts to load CRS
definitions. These features will ensure accurate spatial data processing,
interoperability with external systems, and alignment with industry standards.
