Summary: Use Oracle JDK for Jenkins build/test jobs

Currently the OpenJDK is being used for AsterixDB testing on Jenkins. As
customer environments will be most likely to deploy with Oracle JDK, it would
be preferred to use it for our day-to-day testing.
