All right, this is incorrect.
In `#mrview` record the fields `update_seq` and `purge_seq` should always
be set to the latest db update/purge seq that altered the view, because sole
propose of those fields to be used for building view's ETag.
So in this case it is correct for them be set to 0 when view hasn't been
emitting yet.
