lodash updates switching from _.contains to _.includes
After a large set of dependency updates we were left with lodash
misbehaving. Switching to _.includes should resolve this problem.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/millayr/couchdb-fauxton
fixing-lodash-api-changes
