We're in the process of porting all of the JavaScript tests to Elixir. As we port tests we should mark the JavaScript tests as such and when they're all ported we'll remove `make javascript`. And to be clear, when porting those tests the first pass should be to port them directly so that we know we've got the same coverage. Once ported we can look at starting to DRY them out a bit to remove duplicate tests and so on.
