Sorry about the wait @Rene-AJM-Veerman.
A few questions:
* What version were you running previously (3.5.0?)
* What auth parameters were you using. This is mostly the config values
from `chttpd_auth`, `chttpd_auth_lockout` and `couch_httpd_auth` sections. Skip
any `secret` values, of course.
* Was it for a server admin (a user specified in a config ini file) or was
it a user in a `_users` db doc?
* If you add a new user does it's auth work?
* Any errors/crashes in the logs?
