Be default docker image use port 9100 for messages between nodes in the
cluster.
This requires allow this traffic on network equipment like security group in
AWS or firewalls.
Also the same port used by the Prometheus monitoring for node exporter. It
will more much more simple manage network equipment configuration when CouchDB
and Prometheus node exporter use different ports.
Could you make `inet_dist_listen_min` and `inet_dist_listen_min`
configurable using environment vars or any other mechanism.
