Something happened on the ASF infra jenkins site one day and our jenkins CI got nerfed: CI configuration disappeared and workers could not connect any longer. Other workers (FreeBSD and Windows) completely disappared. Some of the configration was partially restored and the rest might have to be done by hand. This is part of that process - refreshing and reconfiguring worker secrets so they can connect again.
