New state during compaction doesn't preserve the PurgeSeq of the old state https://github.com/apache/couchdb/blob/684e67c0da546493a3bb47d478c9c9cc6479d41e/src/couch_mrview/src/couch_mrview_compactor.erl#L129-L133 We get it from the db https://github.com/apache/couchdb/blob/684e67c0da546493a3bb47d478c9c9cc6479d41e/src/couch_mrview/src/couch_mrview_util.erl#L378-L386 that's how we skip over purges. Any purges right before the compaction starts won't be processed, we'd jump straight to db's purge sequence instead of keeping track of *this* view's own purge sequence -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
